Recent Budget Inn Review: "Although we don't spend $$$$ on a hotel, we were afraid that this $ motel would suck. Wrong! I looked for lodging close to my friends' home for 2 nights. We really got lucky. The building is old but the rooms are large and clean and it's right across the street from what I will call the seawall/boardwalk. We saw the sun rise over the water from the  rooftop deck (what a beautiful sight) then walked to enjoy the various gazebos and other POIs with historical facts. No, I'm not a history buff, far from it, but it was interesting, even romantic. Take a glass of wine and enjoy! If you have champagne taste, go across the street to the Holiday Inn and pay four times as much. I don't guess you'll need the fridge and microwave over there."
